We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and hands-on HR Executive to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee information and records in the HR system.
• Support performance management and KPI administration.
• Manage employee training and development activities, including orientation, OJT coordination, training records and documentation.
• Handle employee relations and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and staff engagement activities.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
• Manage foreign worker matters, including work permits, FOMEMA, quota applications, and other related requirements.
• Manage foreign worker hostel administration and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Provide general HR and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment and labour laws and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Working Location: Wisma Kossan, Klang
