Location: Central 

Job Responsibilities



Manage daily mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and parcels


Process outgoing mail, courier bookings and dispatch activities


Ensure accurate mail tracking and timely delivery to departments


Handle confidential documents with professionalism and discretion


Perform basic administrative duties, data entry and record maintenance


Liaise with couriers, vendors and internal stakeholders


Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom


For Supervisor role: Oversee daily operations, coordinate team schedules, ensure SOP compliance and resolve operational issues



Requirements



Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent


Previous experience in mailroom, logistics, facilities or administrative operations is an advantage


Good communication and interpersonal skills


Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)


Able to work independently and in a team


Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
