Job Summary
Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and
service standards across all sections while developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and lead kitchen service to ensure
consistency across all sections.
• Assist with menu execution, food costing, inventory management, and ordering.
People & Culture
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen team members.
• Help drive a positive, professional, and disciplined kitchen culture.
Standards & Compliance
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organisation in line with
SFA food safety requirements.


Requirements
• Minimum 3–4 years of culinary experience in professional kitchen environments.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
