The Role

A broad, client-facing audit role with real scope to grow:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to fieldwork and final reporting
• Manage a varied portfolio of clients across diverse industries
• Support the delivery of high-value services including financial due diligence, special purpose audits, and financial reporting advisory
• Analyse financial statements and investigate complex audit-related matters
• Develop, coach, and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on their professional growth
• Build strong client relationships and develop a thorough understanding of their businesses

What We're Looking For

A motivated, people-focused audit professional:

• Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (ACCA, MICPA, CPA Australia, or equivalent)
• 3-4 years of audit experience within a mid-sized or large accounting firm
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
• A proactive, dependable, and integrity-driven approach to work
• Adaptable, committed, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally
