Role summary

The APAC Transformation Leader leads the APAC Transformation Function, supporting countries to deliver transformation initiatives through regional coordination, shared approaches and practical use of technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a regional portfolio of transformation initiatives supporting APAC countries and service lines.
• Develop change management strategies aligned with transformation initiatives for the region.
• Align priorities with country leadership and relevant regional stakeholders.
• Provide clear direction, oversight and reporting on transformation activity.
• Support consistent ways of working while respecting local requirements.
• Act as the APAC interface to the Group Transformation function.
• Contribute practical judgement on technology and solution options.
• Build and lead the regional transformation team.
• Promote collaboration and sharing of reusable approaches across the region.

Qualifications & experience

Required:

• 7+ years’ experience in transformation, operational improvement, change management, technology delivery, or related roles.
• Experience leading a portfolio of initiatives with governance, prioritisation and delivery reporting.
• Experience working in a regional or multi-country environment, with strong stakeholder management.
• Practical understanding of modern productivity and automation tools (M365 and Power Platform), with the ability to assess feasibility and delivery impact.
• Experience shaping requirements and evaluating vendors or solutions in a structured way.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
