Discover your exciting role

• Support Project Planning & Scheduling activities by developing, updating and maintaining project schedules under supervision.
• Contribution to data accuracy, reporting and coordination across project teams to ensure alignment with project timelines

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain baseline and working schedules using approved planning tools
  (e.g. Primavera P6)
• Update project progress based on outputs from engineering, procurement and construction teams
• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and look-ahead schedules
• Identify basic schedule deviations and highlight risks or delays to team
• Support data collection, validation and documentation for Project controls / reporting purposes

Show your expertise

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction
• Minimum years of experience: 2-3 years
• Basic understanding on EPCM Project Lifecycle
• Familiarity with scheduling tools
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to follow structure processes and standards
• Foundational knowledge of critical path methodology (CPM)
