Job Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for establishing and implementing the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system.
• Develop HSE policies, procedures, and emergency response plans, and ensure their effective implementation.
• Organize safety training, hazard identification, incident investigation, and emergency drills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE management experience in large-scale refining or chemical enterprises.
• Possession of Certified Safety Engineer qualification and Green Book certification (Registered Safety and Health Officer in Malaysia).
• Familiar with Malaysian HSE regulations.
• Good command of English and Mandarin consider added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Mandarin (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Safety and Health Officer (SHO) Certificate (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
