Job Responsibilities:

• Issue Sales Order (SO) upon receiving PO from customers and generate Customer Request File (CRF) after aligning with sales on customer's expectation.
• Coordinate across sales and cross functional team to ensure order is captured and executed correctly. Initiate discussion with cross functional team if CETD deviated from RETD.
• Support sales on the sample request by liaising with QA team and sample courier.
• To generate weekly order status report (OSR) for sales to ensure orders captured per customer's PO.
• To generate monthly sales report by extracting from ERP system for sales & finance team's analysis.
• Familiarize with process flow and seek improvement for better order processing efficiency.
• To issue Purchase Requisition (PR) inside ERP system for sales related requests.
• Tabulate customer satisfaction score on a half yearly basis - with the guidance from the Sales Operation Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years working experience in sales & marketing with experience in admin or customer support related.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing and customer support skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
