Operations Head – Collections Centre

Location: Kuala Lumpur Employment

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead our Collections Centre. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive collection performance, manage operational teams, ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and build strong client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Debt Collection or Banking Collections. At least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving collection targets and managing KPIs.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
