• To provide all type of clerical support for the proper operation of the fleet & security department
• Fleet vehicle and forklift maintenance related matter
• Fleet vehicle fuel & tngo related matter
• Maintain fleet vehicle satellite data tracking system
• Credit card & petty cash related matter
• Vehicle physical checks, inspection & licensing
• Government agencies related matter
• Security related matters
• Filing & administration of documents flow
• Keep superior informed on all issues, decisions & any pertinent communication with any internal or external parties
• Any other related duties as may be instructed by superior from time to time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
