Job Description
Responsibilities
- To provide all type of clerical support for the proper operation of the fleet & security department
- Fleet vehicle and forklift maintenance related matter
- Fleet vehicle fuel & tngo related matter
- Maintain fleet vehicle satellite data tracking system
- Credit card & petty cash related matter
- Vehicle physical checks, inspection & licensing
- Government agencies related matter
- Security related matters
- Filing & administration of documents flow
- Keep superior informed on all issues, decisions & any pertinent communication with any internal or external parties
- Any other related duties as may be instructed by superior from time to time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
