Job Summary

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Crew – Ready-to-Eat (RTE) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, packaging and serving ready-to-eat meals while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.

No experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook ready-to-eat meals according to company recipes, cooking standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure food is prepared safely, hygienically and meets company quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, marinating and portioning food items.
• Package and label ready-to-eat products accurately.
• Display food products attractively and replenish stock throughout the day.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and expiry dates.
• Practise proper food storage and stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, food preparation areas, equipment and utensils.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks and replenishment.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Comply with all Food Safety, Hygiene and Health regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the department.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,902.61 per month

• Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
