Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Sales Executive to support shipping & logistics coordination, merchandising activities, and e-commerce operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, customer service support, and the ability to manage sales-related documentation, deliveries, and online sales activities.

1. Shipping & Logistics ScopeKey Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping and export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, Health Certificate, COA, etc.)
• Coordinate container stuffing and delivery schedules
• Liaise with Planner, Warehouse, and forwarders for shipment arrangements
• Monitor ETD and ensure on-time customer delivery
• Handle customer shipment inquiries and logistics coordination
• Monitor delivery schedules for local and export orders

2. Merchandiser ScopeKey Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales promotions, events, and merchandising activities
• Support promoter arrangements and retail activities
• Handle sales orders, product returns, and customer requests
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with internal departments
• Open and maintain customer accounts (local & overseas)
• Maintain customer database and prepare sales-related reports

3. E-Commerce ScopeKey Responsibilities

• Manage online sales platforms and product listings
• Coordinate online orders, inquiries, and customer support
• Monitor online sales performance and campaign activities
• Support digital promotions and product launches
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate product information and pricing updates online

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Multimedia, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, merchandising, logistics, or e-commerce
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage (to support Mandarin-speaking customers)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized, multitasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
