Job Description :

Student Success & Talent

• Lead initiatives related to student development, leadership, talent enhancement, and student engagement programmes.
• Develop support systems to enhance student wellbeing, retention, and success.
• Coordinate student activities, leadership programmes, and employability initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculties and departments to strengthen student support services and experience.

Student Residential & Facilities

• Oversee student residential management, accommodation services, and related facilities.
• Ensure a safe, conducive, and student-friendly residential environment.
• Coordinate maintenance, facility operations, and service improvements for student facilities.
• Manage residential policies, student welfare matters, and operational compliance.

Alumni & Stakeholder Engagement

• Strengthen alumni relations and engagement programmes to foster lifelong connections with the University.
• Develop strategic collaborations with industry, community, and external stakeholders for student and alumni development initiatives.
• Organize alumni networking, outreach, and engagement activities.

Management & Administration

• Manage departmental planning, budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and relevant regulations.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Management, Student Affairs, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in student affairs, higher education management, residential services, or alumni relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
• Experience in managing student development programmes and operational functions is preferred.
