Responsible in operating and maintaining coiled tubing equipment in accordance with company standard and regulation

Responsibilities

• Operates all coiled tubing equipment including coiled tubing support equipment (Flowback package)
• To manage pumping or any other additional job which not involve coiled tubing
• Performs and complete preventative maintenance on all Coiled Tubing associated equipment
• Assist with maintenance of equipment, replenishment of stores and general housekeeping while in the workplace
• Specifically learn to independently operate and maintain downhole tools and equipment's
• Perform task requirement and update all relevant document into Competency Management System (CMS)
• Operates and maintains Coiled Tubing unit without constant direct supervision
• Understand and operate ORION/CERBERUS system
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Maintains general housekeeping, clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job

Qualifications

• Minimum skills Certification or any equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of coiled tubing operation, maintenance processes, procedures, and equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 8 years as operator in coiled tubing services
• Proven experience as a coiled tubing operator
• Ability to perform maintenance with minimum supervision
• In-depth knowledge of coiled tubing operation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
