Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including outreach, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and progress tracking
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage and maintain the master database of all candidates, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Compile recruitment statistics and prepare reports and presentation decks for management updates
- Support internship management, including coordination, tracking, and engagement of interns
- Organise and support engagement sessions with senior management for top talents
- Manage ongoing engagement initiatives for existing top talent to ensure continued development and retention
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes
- Track and monitor the development and progression of talents across structured programmes
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and talent management initiatives as required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Data Analytics, or a related field with 1-2 years relevant HR experience
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management is an advantage
- Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and diverse cultural backgrounds
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
