• Supervise and lead production operators to achieve daily production targets.
• Plan and assign daily work to production staff.
• Monitor production schedules, progress, and output to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production requirements.
• Perform paint quality checks, batch verification, colour matching, and basic paint testing.
• Investigate production and paint defects and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor machine condition and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Verify raw material stock against the ERP system.
• Analyse production performance and prepare reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Train operators on SOPs, quality standards, and workplace discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO/IATF quality standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in paint or spray coating processes, including colour matching, paint defects, and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Production Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
• manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
