We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our growing manufacturing team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR（岗位要求）

Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC Press Brake machines
至少3年数控折弯机操作经验
Experience with AMADA, Trumpf, LVD, or similar machines
有AMADA、Trumpf、LVD或同类设备经验
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
能看懂并解读工程图纸
Strong knowledge of sheet metal bending and forming
熟悉钣金折弯与成型工艺
Experience in machine setup, tooling selection, and parameter adjustment
具备设备调机、模具选择及参数调整经验
Familiar with measuring instruments (Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges, Angle Gauges)
熟悉测量工具（游标卡尺、高度规、角度规）
Knowledge of bend allowance, springback compensation, and tolerance control
了解折弯补偿、回弹控制及公差控制
Experience in first article inspection and in-process quality checks
有首件检验及过程质量控制经验

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责)
Operate CNC Press Brake machines independently for sheet metal forming
独立操作数控折弯机进行钣金成型

Set machine parameters including tooling, pressure, bending sequence, backgauge position
设置模具、压力、折弯顺序及后挡料位置等参数

Conduct first article inspection and dimensional verification
执行首件检验及尺寸确认

Monitor production quality and prevent defects (springback, interference, indentation)
监控生产质量并预防缺陷（回弹、干涉、压痕等）

Select and install punch and die tooling
选择并安装冲头与模具

Perform routine machine maintenance and checks
进行日常设备维护与检查

Work with QA team to ensure quality standards are met
与品管团队合作确保产品符合标准

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
