- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining AP/AR (Account Payable/Account Receiveable) records.
- Record and organize financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Support monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain sales listings, invoices, and customer records.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist with procurement activities, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and inventory records.
- Prepare basic administrative and operational reports.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, auditors, and accountants when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
