About the role

INTCO Malaysia are hiring a Sales Executive to grow our customer base with local and international clients. You will engage with customers in English through calls, emails, and online meetings, while also supporting internal reporting and communication in Mandarin with China-based management.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and discover potential customers from both international and local markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and clearly communicate their features and benefits to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints or objections professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!).
• Must be proficient in spoken and written Mandarin due to the need to report and communicate effectively with China-based management.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with people.
• Responsible, honest, and able to perform under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Enjoys teamwork and being part of a fun, supportive environment.

Working Hours

Mon – Fri: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
