Role Description The Business Development Intern role is an on-site internship based in Cyberjaya. The intern will support business growth by assisting with lead generation activities, identifying potential partners or clients, and contributing to outreach efforts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on competitors and industry trends, preparing presentations or reports, and supporting customer service interactions to help maintain positive relationships. The intern will collaborate with team members to refine business strategies, participate in meetings, and help execute initiatives that drive platform adoption and user engagement.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate market information, and support business decisions.
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to present findings.
• Lead generation skills and an interest in identifying and qualifying prospective clients or partners.
• Market research capabilities, including gathering, organizing, and analyzing industry and competitor data.
• Customer service skills to assist users professionally and support relationship-building efforts.
• Interest in financial markets, stock investing, or fintech is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
