• As the strategic architect of our "farm-to-cup" evolution, you will be a key driver of our next level of growth, bridging our rich heritage with modern lifestyle trends and ensuring ethical commerce remains at the heart of our global expansion
• This is a pivotal role for a creative storyteller who understands the nuance of premium retail/F&B and the data-driven world of modern e-commerce
• Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage the synergy between our digital flagship, physical retail boutiques, and signature tea bars

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in brand building, integrated marketing, or digital strategy
• Proficiency in tracking tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media analytics
• Exceptional leadership, visual storytelling, and cross-departmental communication skills
