Talent Acquisition Intern (20 weeks)

Location: Work from home/Onsite

Responsibilities

• Assist in job posting on various job portals (major job boards and school job portals).
• Support in organizing and executing recruitment activities including job fairs, campus recruitment events, etc.
• Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Aid in the reporting of training grant applications and relevant documentation processes.
• Assist in designing and procuring materials used in campus recruitment, including door gifts, brochures, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Students who are in Polytechnics or universities, able to commit for at least 20 weeks of full-time internship.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (as some projects may involve liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China).
• Confident in speaking with potential candidates over the phone and in person.
