Maintenance Manager

The Role
You will be the driving force behind maintenance performance - here is what that looks like day to day:

• Build, lead, and develop a team of engineers and technicians, embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and utility systems
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules using CMMS, aligned with production demands to minimise disruption
• Drive asset reliability and uptime through structured planning, inspections, and best-practice standards
• Manage contractor engagements, spare parts inventory, and the maintenance budget with a focus on cost efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across all activities

What We're Looking For
A technically strong and people-driven leader who brings:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years' technical experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, automation systems, and maintenance management practices
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning and equipment reliability management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
