DNA Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. (DNA Lab) is a leading molecular diagnostics and genomics services provider based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Accredited with ISO 15189 and College of American Pathologists (CAP) standards, DNA Lab supports clinicians, hospitals, and laboratories with reliable, cutting-edge diagnostics.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Receive, log, sort, and assign lab identification numbers for samples, both inhouse & external
• Preparation of lab reports & test kits to be sent to clinics, hospitals
• Customer service - answering queries on lab's test services, clinic queries and resolving any complaints, logistic issues
• Coordination with logistics & dispatch team in sample pick-ups
• Manage & monitor operational stock inventory, to order from production when necessary
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time to assist in the smooth running of the organization.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a diploma/degree in Biotechnology, Medical Lab Technology, Biomedical Science or any equivalent science courses
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Knowledge in specimen/samples accession & sortation would be highly advantageous
• Able to work on a rotational shift basis as this is a Lab Operations support role
• To be meticulous, detail-oriented and attentive to details
• Team-player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to commute to work in Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya (walking distance to Asia Jaya LRT Station)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
