Job Description

We are looking for an IT Executive to support and maintain the company’s IT systems, network, and infrastructure. This role involves daily IT support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain company network, servers, and IT systems
• Ensure system security, stable connectivity, and data backup
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported by users
• Administer user accounts, system access, and permissions
• Support third-party systems (Email Server, Accounting System, Rinobee, Kiplepay, etc.)
• Perform system backups, updates, and server monitoring
• Maintain antivirus, firewall, CCTV, keyphone, and attendance systems
• Provide IT support for HQ and branch offices

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in IT Support / IT Executive role
• Knowledge in networking, server, backup, and system security
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
