Location: Subang Hitech, Shah Alam

Contract: 12 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

Tenancy Renewal Management

• Track lease expiry dates and start renewal discussions early.
• Negotiate rent, tenure, and key terms with landlords.
• Prepare and execute renewal documents.
• Ensure renewals are completed on time to avoid service interruption.
• Handle landlord issues and disputes.

Manual Payment Processing

• Track rent due dates for manual payments.
• Check invoices against lease terms.
• Coordinate with Finance to process payments.
• Resolve late payment issues and penalties.
• Keep accurate payment records.
• Use tools like IAM, S4Hana, Netpro, SAP, Oracle, Joget, Adobe Sign, and EASI.

Rental Justification & Cost Optimization

• Compare rents against market rates and trends.
• Support rent increases or reductions with data.
• Identify and negotiate rent-saving opportunities.
• Ensure rents stay within budget and flag exceptions.
• Present rental justifications to landlords.

Database & Lease Administration

• Maintain accurate lease and site data in systems (e.g., Netpro).
• Update lease terms, rents, landlord details, and key dates.
• Support audits and compliance with correct data.
• Produce reports on lease status, expiries, and costs.
• Share updated data with Finance, Legal, and Network teams.

Site Termination & Relocation Management

• Manage telecom site closures in line with contracts and laws.
• Plan and coordinate equipment relocation with minimal downtime.
• Ensure termination and relocation comply with regulations.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assess sites and equipment for relocation decisions.
• Control and optimize termination and relocation costs.
• Keep records of closures, relocations, and related agreements.
• Use tools like IAM, PRISM, Netpro, SAP, Oracle, Joget, Adobe Sign, and EASI.

• Mon-Fri - Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
