Key Responsibilities:

• High teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation task given by your superior.
• Assembling and managing servers this includes:
• Hardware: This includes knowledge of Server components, such as CPUs, RAM, and storage devices.
• Operating systems: This includes knowledge of Linux (e.g. CentOS, Almalinux, Ubuntu, Debian), Windows server, and macOS operating systems.
• Networking: This includes knowledge of network concepts, such as IP addressing and routing. Managing rules on the network-level firewall.
• Security: This includes knowledge of security concepts, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Software: This includes knowledge of common software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Control Panel: Configuration of server control panels (e.g. Plesk, cPanel, CWP, VestaCP).
• Monitoring: Manage and monitor hosted services such as VPS and dedicated servers.
• This includes ensuring that the services are up and running, resolving any issues that may arise, and optimizing the performance of the services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery knowledge.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Skills in analyzing data to monitor customer performance and identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related experience is preferred
• Understanding of technologies used in large organizations to deliver IT services.
• Basic knowledge in operating systems such as Linux, and Windows server OS.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Able to work Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM or more depending on the task given with rotational weekend duty.
