Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, payments, receipts, and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory records with warehouse and procurement teams.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate records using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry is preferred).
• Experience in cost accounting and inventory management will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
