Job Summary

• Assist with patient registration, reception, appointment scheduling, and general enquiries at the Health Screening counter.
• Register patients and update procedures, consumables, and charges in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Handle clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, invoice processing, and liaising with relevant departments (Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, Biomedical, and Engineering).
• Assist patients during their health screening journey, including transporting patients by wheelchair, bed, or trolley when required.
• Deliver reports, specimens, medical records, billing documents, and other related items to the respective departments.
• Maintain inventory of stationery, medical supplies, and consumables, and assist with stock receiving and documentation.
• Ensure the Health Screening department, equipment storage areas, pantry, and workspaces are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide professional, courteous assistance at all times.
• Participate in relevant training and perform any other duties assigned by the Health Screening Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with relevant office administration or customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of front counter/customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Computer literate with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willing to work beyond normal hours when required and provide professional, courteous service at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
