Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Development: Develop creative interior design concepts, layout plans, and space planning proposals based on client briefs.
• Visualizations & Drawings: Produce detailed 2D layout plans, technical/construction drawings, elevation details, and high-quality 3D renderings using design software.
• Material & FF&E Selection: Prepare mood boards, select appropriate materials, color schemes, furniture, fixtures, and finishes within the client's budget.
• Client Management: Present design proposals to clients clearly and confidently, managing feedback and adjustments professionally.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team, contractors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained from factory production to site execution.
• Site Supervision: Conduct accurate site measurements and occasional site visits to monitor progress and resolve structural or layout anomalies.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design,
• Experience: Minimum [1 years] of working experience in an interior design, renovation, or furniture fit-out environment (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply for the Junior role).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in any Interior Designer software.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (Fluency in Mandarin or local dialects is a strong advantage to coordinate with clients and site contractors).
• Soft Skills: Strong spatial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a practical understanding of buildable designs.
• Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites locally.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
