Role Description The Junior Affiliate Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling. This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns, helping to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for Blossom Commerce’s consumer brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding and communicating with affiliate partners, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and assisting with promotional calendars and content for affiliates. The Junior Affiliate Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver sustainable growth. The role also involves basic market research, tracking competitor activity, and contributing ideas to improve affiliate program performance.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with strong interest in performance-based campaigns.
• Basic analytical skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, track KPIs, and interpret campaign performance data.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with affiliate partners and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfort with online tools, dashboards, and marketing platforms; experience with affiliate networks is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling and collaborate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Experience or internship in digital marketing or e-commerce; familiarity with Southeast Asian consumer markets is a plus.
