Join our team as a Tuition Centre Manager to support daily centre operations. You will be responsible for class scheduling, student coordination, invoicing, and administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient centre management.

Working Hours

Enjoy free mornings on weekdays — our day starts in the afternoon:

• Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 9:15 PM
• Friday: 1:30 PM – 9:15 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain clear communication with parents
• Manage daily administrative operations of the tuition centre
• Arrange and coordinate class schedules, timetables, and room usage
• Handle student enrollment, registration, and related documentation
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and track fee payments
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance
• Liaise with teachers, administrative staff, and students to ensure smooth coordination on academic and administrative matters.
• Support centre activities, promotions, and events when required
• Observe and monitor both online and physical classes to ensure smooth operations and adherence to centre standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field (Business, Education, Marketing, or other related or non-related fields are welcome).
• SPM leavers are also encouraged to apply.
• Customer service experience is an advantage (F&B experience also considered)
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsive
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
