Job Summary:

Accurate Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, have strong payroll administration skills, and want to grow your career in Human Resources, we would be glad to hear from you.

This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate payroll processing, compliance with employment regulations, and providing excellent support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payments.
• Manage statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
• Assist with HR compliance, employee relations, and performance appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
• Organise employee engagement activities, training, and company events.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee enquiries.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience using HR2000 payroll systems is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour law and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Working Hours: 5 days of work
