Discovery Media Hiring! Full Time M-E Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor work progress and ensure the construction work deliver within the schedule.
• Responsible in quality control to make sure construction works meet clients’ requirement, specification and expectation.
• Conscientiousness in project cost control and ensure overall budget of the project is maintain from inception to completion and monitoring major cost elements.
• Coordinate with operation teams to ensure all works are compliance with the drawings and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with project team on construction progress and methodology.
• Liaise and coordinate activities with the clients’ representative and among consultants, project team, surveyors, sub-contractors and local authorities to ensure all requirements are fully addressed and incorporated during design and construction stage.
• To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by top management.
• To assist M&E Manager (if any) by managing the overall responsible for all M&E works of the project.
• Prepare progress report and attend client/consultant meeting and conduct site problems.
• Follow up with authority’s requirements and procedure to ensure CCC is obtained within schedule.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Skilled needed : AutoCAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
