We are looking for a Chargemen with Certificate to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up, maintaining electrical infrastructure for Building Maintenance and including tenant service request/complaint turnaround time.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid A4 Chargeman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in building maintenance or electrical installation.
• Knowledge of building electrical systems, M&E services, and Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Attend to electrical breakdowns, troubleshooting, testing, and repair works.
• Supervise and verify maintenance works carried out by technicians and contractors.
• Monitor utility meter readings and ensure accurate records.
• Ensure building electrical systems operate safely and comply with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Attend to tenant service requests and support emergency maintenance, including standby duties when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance reports and report major issues to the Utilities Manager.
• Work closely with Utilities Manager to ensure efficient operation of building facilities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
