Job Description
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the main point of contact by handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other documents as required.
- Organise and maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and business-related activities.
- Accompany the Director to meetings, events, and business trips when required.
- Drive the Director to meetings, appointments, site visits, and other official or personal destinations as assigned.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fuelled, and serviced according to schedule.
- Assist with personal errands, administrative tasks, and ad hoc assignments.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director or Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a good driving record.
- Confident and experienced in driving both within the Klang Valley and outstation when required.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
