REQUIREMENTS

• Nationality - Malaysian only
• Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field
• Undergraduates in their Final Year of study onwards and graduates with less than 1-year experience are welcome to apply
• Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent
• Longer duration of internships required [if any] (up to 5-6 months)*if less than that, are also welcome to apply
• Self Starter and requires minimal supervision
• Have a willingness to learn on the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Solid organizational & time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities to maximum efficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to new construction, reinvestments, maintenance of existing stores, and the day-to-day needs of our business
• Document program terms and communicate requirements to construction teams and supply partners
• Manage and forecast the day-to-day needs of our business
• Coordinate and deliver supplier performance appraisals
• Track and report program improvement
• Travel within the designated region as required to build relationships and be connected to the work
