We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain software solutions and system integrations. The role focuses on developing APIs, automations, and communication workflows that connect internal and external systems to support business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and external platforms.
• Build automation workflows for notifications, alerts, and system-to-system communication.
• Design and implement business logic, message/event workflows, and process automation.
• Integrate external services with internal systems (CRM, backend services, databases).
• Monitor system performance, delivery reliability, and uptime.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data transmission, webhooks, and API connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, security best practices, and coding standards.

Qualifications:

• Mid-level experience (4-6 years of professional working experience)
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and HTTP protocols.
• Familiarity with JSON and standard data exchange formats.
• Familiar with Android Native (Java/Kotlin) or Flutter mobile application development.
• Working knowledge of database and backend system architecture.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with chatbot or conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with third-party communication or messaging platform integrations.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations and workflow automation tools.
