Job Description:

- Responsible to promote and sell range of products such as transformers, switchgears, & protection relays as whole solution to local market customers.

- Grow and expand the market by identifying potential customer and develop new customer account

- Prepare sales proposal and presentation to potential customer and develop new customer account

- Plan and organize sales call and customer visit schedule

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support and pos-sales

- Achieve annual sales and collective target set by the company

- Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

- Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.

- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.

- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.

- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Job Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
