MessengerCo is a B2B corporate gifting and merchandise platform that helps businesses source, customize, and distribute branded merchandise efficiently. We work with leading brands across Southeast Asia, delivering innovative merchandise solutions powered by technology.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and other digital channels.
• Create and update marketing content, product listings, and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain product SKUs, including product information, pricing, specifications, and images.
• Coordinate with suppliers to collect product details and ensure information accuracy.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the product catalogue on our platform.
• Analyze marketing and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team with proposals, presentations, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Internship duration of 3–6 months.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiar with Canva, ChatGPT, or basic AI tools is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently.
