Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online communities.
• Engage with members and respond to inquiries.
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Monitor community feedback and engagement.
• Organize community campaigns and events.
• Work with the marketing team to support brand growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in community or social media management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic analytics.
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently.
