Requirements

• Minimum 5 years site supervision experience in renovation and construction projects
• Must be hands-on and familiar with actual site work sequence, not only reporting
• Able to manage foreign workers, subcontractors, and multiple trades
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and finishing standards
• Able to read drawings, take measurements, and identify site issues early
• Strong problem-solving ability on site
• Good discipline, responsibility, and follow-through
• Prefer candidates with experience in high-detail residential renovation, not only large-scale civil/infrastructure work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
