Job Title: Sea Freight Operations Executive (Import & Export)

Industry: Global Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Location: Available in both Subang and Penang (1 headcount per location)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational and coordination activities for seafreight shipments including import, export, and transshipment.
• Manage and respond to enquiries from overseas offices, internal sales teams, and customers to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all key operational processes are carried out in strict accordance with established procedures and compliance regulations.
• Maintain timely and accurate preparation of documents for billing and costing.
• Participate in work improvement initiatives by identifying and registering service failures.
• Update customer records to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the database in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Computer literate and familiar with basic office software.
• Proven experience in seafreight operations with a strong understanding of export or import processes.
• Strong commitment to meeting KPIs set by the management and global team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
