Shiobee is a French-Korean fusion café in Seksyen 12, Petaling Jaya, specializing in handcrafted pastries and artisanal bakes. Best known for our signature Shiopan (Japanese-Korean salted butter roll), we are committed to quality, creativity, and delivering a warm, memorable café experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitise dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, storage areas, and workstations.
• Dispose of waste and ensure proper garbage segregation and disposal.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, utensils, and kitchen essentials as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided. Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage to better serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Friendly, responsible, and positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Team player with good time management skills.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Malaysian only.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
