岗位职责

  • Supervision of Technicians:
    Lead and supervise a team of aircon technicians and installers.
    Assign daily tasks and monitor job progress.
    Ensure technicians follow safety and quality standards.
  • Installation & Maintenance:
    Oversee installation of various HVAC systems (split units, VRV/VRF, chillers, etc.).
    Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
    Inspect and test systems for proper functioning.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair:
    Diagnose system faults and oversee complex repairs.
    Provide technical guidance on challenging issues.
    Ensure quick response to breakdowns and emergencies.
  • Project Coordination:
    Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
    Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
    Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    Ensure work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs.
    Conduct quality checks and inspections on-site.
    Keep records of service, installation, and maintenance.
  • Inventory & Resource Management:
    Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
    Requisition materials as needed.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Prepare work reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
    Track and report team performance
