We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. If you have a passion for numbers, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in accounting or audit, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily collections.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and management reports within the required timeline.
• Process e-Invoices and ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.
• Maintain complete and well-organised accounting records for internal and external audits.
• Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities when required.
• Contribute to improving accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Keep up to date with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Familiar with accounting software and e-Invoicing processes.
• Good analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
