Do you enjoy helping people and making them feel welcomed and cared for?

We're looking for a friendly, energetic and service-oriented individual to join our team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Coordinating appointments and patient flow
• Answering enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Following up with patients after consultations or surgery
• Assisting with health screening events and simple marketing activities
• Working closely with doctors and the clinical team

We're looking for someone who has:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for customer service
• Some experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail or marketing
• Good computer skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus if you have experience in:

• Social media or digital marketing
• Sales or customer engagement
• Healthcare or optical practice
