We are seeking a motivated and confident Marketing & Business Development Intern to support our business activities in the logistics and transportation industry. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, expanding business networks, maintaining client databases, and assisting the marketing team in generating new business opportunities. Administrative support will be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development (Primary Responsibilities)

• Research and identify potential clients within various industries.
• Build and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
• Contact prospective customers via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp to introduce the company's transportation services.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in preparing company profiles, service proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Support networking activities, exhibitions, trade events, and customer visits when required.
• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the company's records.
• Work closely with the operations team to understand services and customer requirements.

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
