Salary: RM5,000 – RM10,000 (Depending on Experience)

Join Our Growing Property Development Team!

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Development Manager to lead and manage property development projects from planning to completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee property development projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to management.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Property Development, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property development or project management.
• Strong knowledge of property development processes and local authority submissions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
